Shopping on our website is quick and easy:

1. . browse our catalogue and click on the product you are interested in

2. select your size on the product information page

3. click on "Add to cart"

4. a summary window will open, click on "View on cart" or proceed to "checkout"

5. enter the shipping address and payment details

To make a purchase on vicolo.com you do not need to register.

To save your favourite products:

1. browse our catalogue and click directly on the heart symbol that you will find on the image of the product you are interested in

2. select your size on the product information page and click on the heart symbol that you will find next to"Add to cart"

Changes are only possible before the warehouse has processed your order. If you have changed your mind, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team immediately, which will check the status of your request.

In any case, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
