HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay with all major credit and debit cards. The amount will be charged to your card at the time of shipping. You can save your credit or debit card details so you do not have to enter them during your next purchase.

You can also pay via PayPal, which lets you make purchases without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account with be debited once the order has been completed. You can register for a new PayPal account by visiting paypal.com.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY USED AND THE PRICE?

Transactions are made in EURO and the price on the product page and in your shopping cart includes VAT and taxes.

IS PURCHASING ON THE WEBSITE SAFE?

Of course, the security of your personal and payment information is guaranteed by the SSL/TLS certificates. We only use protected connections, as shown by the “http” prefix and the padlock symbol that appear in the browser address bar. These are the most widely used systems, so you can be sure that you are in safe hands.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED?

In this instance, no charge will have been made, therefore we ask that you try again to enter your information, checking that it is correct. We’ve all typed a wrong number at some time or other! WHERE CAN I FIND THE CVC/CVV CODE?

The CVV (Card Verification Value) code is a security measure against fraud that allows the card holder to be identified. On Visa and MasterCard cards, the code is printed on the back next to the signature box and is made up of 3 numbers. On American Express cards, the code is printed on the front and consists of 4 numbers. As an additional security measure, the bank that issued your credit card may require you to authorise the payment by entering a temporary security code, a code sent via text or by using another authentication method.
