Returns and Refunds

For all orders placed in December, the return period is extended until 15 January 2025

You can make a return without any fees within 14 days from when you receive your order. We ask that you send a request to customerservice@vicolo.com. Please take care of the products while they are in your possession. The garments must be returned intact and with all tags in their original packaging and safely packed for shipping, then delivered to your preferred courier. Please remember to fill in the return form and place it inside the package.
Returns must be organised by you and any costs are at your expense, except where the goods are flawed or errors have been made by our warehouse.
We will see to refunding the entire amount of the returned goods as soon as possible and no later than 15 days, net of shipping costs. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
If a product is faulty or damaged, we ask that you notify us of this within 60 days from when the flaw is discovered, by sending an email to customerservice@vicolo.com indicating the reason and attaching the relative photographs. Your return will be authorised within 5 working days and we will send you our feedback and proposal for the repair, replacement or cancellation of the order within the next 30 working days. In this instance, the collection of the product will be at our expense and you will receive instructions from our customer service team.
In case you receive a product that differs in size/color etc. from what you ordered, we ask that you notify us of this within 10 days, by sending an email to customerservice@vicolo.com indicating the reason and attaching the relative photographs. Your return will be authorised within 5 working days and we will send you our feedback. In this instance, the collection of the product will be at our expense and we will proceed with the refund as soon as the article will be delivered to our wharehouse. The timing of the credit depends on the internal procedures of your credit institute.
Currently we are unable to do this. However, you can make a return and then make a new purchase. For any questions, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team by email at customerservice@vicolo.com.
Currently you cannot return an online order in store.
Of course, the refund will be made to the account that made the payment. For security reasons, we are not authorised to make refunds on a different account.
