RETURNS INFO

The e-card is sent directly to your inbox after your purhcase and is immediately active. Like all other purchases on ViCOLO online shop, you have up to 14 days to return your Virtual Gift Voucher and get back a full refund. The return is accepted only if the e-gift card has never been used.

We ship from Monday to Friday.

Processing times vary from 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order.
Delivery takes place on average within 5-8 working days from shipment.
During the sales or promotions period, delivery times may be longer.

STANDARD shipping in ITALY has a cost of € 5.90.
FREE Shipping on orders over € 130.


Returns

Not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind?
You can make the return without any penalty within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.
Send the request by writing an e-mail to customerservice@vicolo.com, specifying the order number, the name and surname of the holder and the reason for the return.
The items must be intact, returned in their original packaging, securely packaged and delivered to the shipper.
The expenses and the organization of the return are at your expense, except for sending defective goods or errors attributable to our warehouse.
Currently it is not possible to make changes or returns in boutiques.
